RAH general body (GB) comprises of volunteer members and do not draw any in-kind and monetary benefits from the organization. The GB nominates potential members for the Board of Directors for a term of three years.. However the BoD embers are closely working and support RAH team in their day to day management and provide technical support on regular basis.
To ensure transparent governance, the BoD is providing technical support through following committees such as Finance and Audit Committee, Program Committee and Executive Committee.
These Committees meets on quarterly and need basis and conducted 25 BOD meetings to date. Following are composition of GB and BoD Members:
